For locked orders:
If it is past our Sunday midnight deadline and you are wanting to change the delivery address for your upcoming locked order, you can do so by following these steps. You cannot change the delivery details after Tuesday 7pm.
1. Select 'Deliveries'
2. Select the tab for the locked order
3. Update the delivery address through the blue banner that appears at the top of the page.
Please note that this will only update the delivery address for the upcoming locked and will not update the address permanently. Please see below for steps on how to update your address permanently.
To change your address permanently for future deliveries, you can log in to your account online here.
1. Select the ‘Manage Account’ tab
2. Select ‘Personal Details’
3. Select the green ‘Edit’ button
4. Update your address and select 'save'
5. Click back to Deliveries to check the change has applied.
All address changes must be completed before Sunday midnight in order to apply to an upcoming order. Any changes after this point will take effect for all following orders.
Sending your bag to a different part of the country?
If your order is placed before Sunday midnight, you can send your delivery anywhere in New Zealand that is a part of our delivery network. Once your order has locked in you can only change delivery addresses to somewhere else within the same Island as all our produce is sourced locally.
