Unfortunately we are currently unable to provide Food Bags that are free of specific allergens. Having said this, it is mandatory for our suppliers' to include specific allergens that are included or handled in the processing environment on all our packaging.
Further to this, all My Food Bag ingredients must clearly display a label with a complete list of accurate ingredients and product weights where applicable. If an ingredient contains or has been packed in proximity to nuts, soy, milk, egg, cereals, seafood, fish or sesame this also requires specifying.
All of our nuts and seeds are kept in sealed packages separate from the rest of our products and if they are ever included in a source the labeling will very clearly say so.
Unfortunately we can’t remove or replace any items you can’t eat prior to delivery, however you can substitute this yourself. If you are ever stuck for what to substitute something with, you can always flick us an email and we can get some suggestions for you from our lovely test chefs.
